CAPACITY offers free, self-paced courses designed to help RNs strengthen knowledge and skills to practice to the full scope of license in community-based primary care settings.

This module will focus on red flag symptoms in headaches and when an additional investigation is needed in patients presenting with a headache.

Objectives 

• Differentiate which headache types are consistent with primary headaches and which are not
• Identify the signs and symptoms of secondary headaches
• Identify the next steps in care for patients with secondary headaches
