About this Course
This course covers how to coordinate care for patients with COVID-19 and flu-like illness including transitional care management utilizing telehealth enabled options within the clinic system.
Objectives
- Discuss COVID-19 transmission and prevention with a focus on the needs of a population
- Describe telehealth-enabled scope of care for COVID-19 and flu-like illness
- Examine the process of telehealth enabled care coordination of COVID-19 positive patients among various nurse leaders within the clinic system
